Confirmation of Seat
Confirmation of training seats can only be made after receiving payment, (Purchase Order or Check). Payment must be received 14 days prior to the start of training.
If a requested class is fully booked, a waiting list is maintained and Brooks Automation will make every attempt to meet your training requirements.
Class Schedule and Cancellation
Brooks Automation reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes and modify class content. If course cancellation is necessary, Brooks Automation will make every effort to provide all registered students with two weeks’ notice.
Any class may be run on a custom basis. However, a 60-day notice is required for scheduling and the course date is dependent upon instructor availability.
For custom, dedicated courses, payment is required in order to reserve a time slot and is non-refundable. If for some reason a dedicated course needs to be rescheduled, written notice must be provided within 4 weeks of the start date, and the rescheduled date must be within 2 months of the original scheduled date.
If students are not fluent in written or spoken English, Brooks Automation must be notified at the time of registration. Please provide 21 days notice if translation services are required.
Brooks Automation reserves the right to modify prices.
